C.M. Fitzwilliam

Held positions as roustabout, pumper, tool dresser, and driller. In 1919 he formed a partnership with A.D. Allison to create the Allison-Fitzwilliam Petroleum Corp. They drilled several hundred wells, mostly in Kansas, until 1939. Chairman of the Democratic State Committee, and acting Postmaster of the post office in Wichita (1943-1957)
