Robert H. Hazlett
1847 - 1936
Served as president of the El Dorado National Bank, helped organize the Inland Oil and Midland Refining companies and was a major stockholder in the El Dorado Refining Company. At one time he held more than 10,000 acres of Butler County land. Also, owner of the world’s greatest herd of Hereford cattle which in 1920 totaled 600 at the Hazford Place. Served as president of the American Hereford Cattle Breeders Assoc. and the American Royal Livestock Show. He was also a director of the International Livestock show in Chicago
